1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 001pub (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of all services available at 001pub.net and any related mobile applications, subdomains, or associated platforms operated under the 001pub brand.

2.3 One Account Per Person

2.4 Mental Capacity

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid contact number, and a unique email address. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

3.2 KYC Verification

001pub is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable in the Philippines. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or national ID), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 001pub may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 001pub will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 001pub account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable pending wagers will be returned to your designated withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

001pub supports a range of payment methods tailored for the Philippine market to make depositing and withdrawing as convenient as possible for Filipino players.

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. 6 Betting Rules & Game Terms

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. 001pub reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to, technical errors, data feed failures, palpable errors in odds or payouts, or where there is evidence of fraudulent activity. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting at 001pub covers PBA, NBA, international football leagues, UFC, boxing, and other events. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. 001pub reserves the right to suspend betting on any event at any time and to adjust or void bets where there is evidence of match-fixing or where a market was offered in error.

6.3 Live Casino

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 001pub platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
